Sucreebypreeta will provide a professionally decorated dessert in a timely manner as specified in the invoice or contract.  We appreciate your business and we are honoured that you have chosen us for your special celebration. We guarantee that the flavours, size, and general design elements will be met as outlined. If you are not satisfied with our product(s) please let us know at the time you receive your order. Once your order is accepted, refunds will not be considered. This applies for self collection only. For deliveries, it will be at your own risk and Sucreebypreeta will not be responsible for any damages.

Incomplete, Incorrect Delivery details

Sucreebypreeta has the right to decline orders that incomplete/wrong. Please ensure that you have placed the order carefully and accordingly. We have the right to decline delivery that is out of our delivery zone. Delivery charges will be given back to as credit. Please arrange for your own pick up.

Payments, Cancellations

A full payment is required to consider this an order and contract for services to be rendered. Full payment must be made within 12 hours of placing an order. By placing an order on www.sucreebypreeta.com & making a payment, it is understood that you have placed the order correctly & accordingly, have read the requirements and understood the terms and conditions of Sucreebypreeta. Any changes to this order must be made no later than three (3) business days prior to collection. Any changes requested after cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

There will be no credit given for orders cancelled inside of three (3) business days. For cancellations with more than three (3) business days’ notice, credit may be given for a future order, less the fair market value of items that cannot be re-used.  This offer is subject to the date being available.

If full payment is not received the due time, the order may be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Sucreebypreeta will not offer refunds or exchanges for products that meet our quality standards once product has been picked up/delivered and “Accepted” by you or another designated party. Additionally, under no circumstances will Sucreebypreeta provide a refund in excess of the cost of the order. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our possession. Refund requests due to decorating style, colour shade or general decoration design will not be honoured or considered. We only give refunds if the product does not meet the flavour, size, and general description detailed above.

Flavour and texture is subjective. Refunds requested due to flavour or texture after cake has been accepted and picked up will be at the sole discretion of Sucreebypreeta.  Sucreebypreeta may consider a store credit if the product is brought back to us and the quality of the product flavour or texture are determined not to meet our standards within 6 hours of your event. Please note, we do taste our products daily to insure the highest quality. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of Sucreebypreeta. Our products are baked from scratch with all natural ingredients, and need to be kept chilled (unless stated) & brought out at room temperature for at least 15mins prior to serving. Keep in mind, variety in temperature and humidity may impact the flavour, overall design, or texture of the product to some degree. Please understand we cannot control changes in texture or changes in colour or shape due to weather conditions.

Self-pick up/Delivery Terms

Self collection is from Lobby, Gaya Bangsar Condominium. Collection should be made within 15 mins of the selected time on the order. Should there be a delay, please let us know at least 30 mins before otherwise your order will be left at the lobby.

Orders will not be left at the lobby after closing time and you will have to collect it on the next business day. Sucreebypreeta will not be held responsible on the freshness of the order after that.

The delivery time is subjected to availability of runners at the given time. Please allow 1-2 hours time window for delivery.

Ensure that someone is present during delivery. Failing which delivery person will send the item back. And you may opt for the following options for recollection.

Pick up the item from my place OR request for re-delivery with extra charges.

Sucreebypreeta does not promise nor take any responsibility on the freshness of the cake(s) after that. 

Delivery is from lobby to lobby only. 

Any damages/loss/stolen by third party delivery/collection is not Sucreebypreeta's responsibility. Sucreebypreeta can lodge a complaint to the relevant company (if delivery was arranged by Sucreebypreeta) and it will be the discretion of the relevant company.
