By visiting or using this website, www.sucreebypreeta.com, you agree to the terms and conditions as listed below. We reserve the right to amend any terms, conditions and policies without prior notice.

Our Gurantee

Sucreebypreeta will provide professionally decorated and quality cakes, pastries and desserts in a timely manner as specified in the invoice, that is sent to the customer upon placing an order. We appreciate your business and we are honoured that you have chosen us for your special occasion. We guarantee that the flavours, size, and general design elements will be met as outlined. If the customer is not satisfied with our product(s), please let us know at the time the order is received. 
 Once the order is accepted by the customer, replacement and refund will not be considered. This applies for self-collection only. For deliveries, the customer will bear the risk, and Sucreebypreeta will not be responsible for any damages caused by any third-party delivery company.

Products and services such as product design, price, delivery and pickup policy shown on the website are subjected to change without prior notice. Any illustration of the products or services shown on the website is only for reference purpose only as the illustration shown may varies under different circumstances. (Eg, raw materials, photoshoot, or monitor display)

Incomplete, Incorrect Delivery details

Sucreebypreeta has the right to decline orders that are incomplete/wrong. Please ensure that you have placed the order carefully and accordingly. We have the right to decline delivery that is out of our delivery zone or contains incomplete delivery details. Delivery charges will be refunded, accordingly. This is only applicable, if the order has not been sent out. In the event that delivery has been sent out and delivery address is incorrect, order may be returned to Sucreebypreeta and the customer will be charged for the return delivery fee (if applicable) and the customer will have to make arrangements for re-delivery on their own within Sucreebypreeta’s business hours.

Payments, Cancellations

A full payment is required to confirm an order and services to be rendered. Full payment must be made within 12 hours of placing an order. By placing an order on www.sucreebypreeta.com & making full payment, it is understood that the customer have placed the order correctly & accordingly, have read the requirements and understood the terms and conditions of Sucreebypreeta. 

Any changes made to this order must be made no later than three (3) business days prior to collection. For customised orders made directly to sucreebypreeta, changes must be made no later than fourteen (14) business days prior to collection. Any changes requested after this period, cannot be guaranteed and is subjected to the discretion of Sucreebypreeta.

There will be no refunds/credit given for orders cancelled within three (3) business days from collection date (for standard/catalogue orders) and within fourteen (14) business days from collection date (for customised orders). 

For cancellations made more than three (3) business days’ from collection date, credit note may be given for a future order. 

If full payment is not received within 12 hours of placing an order, the order may be cancelled.

 

Refund Policy

Sucreebypreeta will not offer refunds or exchanges for products that meet our quality standards once product has been picked up/delivered and “Accepted” by the customer or another designated party. Additionally, under no circumstances will Sucreebypreeta provide a refund in excess of the cost of the product ordered.

 The responsibility for all products is passed on to the customer once it leaves our possession (this includes delivery via third-party companies). 

Refund requests due to decorating style, colour shade or general decoration design will not be honoured or considered. 

Refund requests will only be considered if the product does not meet the flavour, size, and general description of the product.

Flavour and texture are subjective. Refunds requested due to flavour or texture after order has been accepted and picked up will be at the sole discretion of Sucreebypreeta. 

Sucreebypreeta may consider a store credit if the product is brought back to us and the quality of the product flavour or texture are determined not to meet our standards, within one (1) hour from pickup/delivery time. Please note, we do taste our products daily to ensure the highest quality. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of Sucreebypreeta. 

Our products are baked from scratch with all natural ingredients, and need to be kept chilled and in optimal temperature (unless stated). Please take note, variety in temperature and humidity may impact the flavour, overall design, or texture of the product to some degree. We cannot control changes in texture or changes in colour or shape due to weather conditions.

Self-pick up/Delivery Terms

Self-collection will be done at the loading bay (food delivery table) of Gaya Bangsar condominium. Collection should be made within 30 mins of the selected time of the order. Should there be a delay, please inform us at least one (1) hour before. Rescheduling of pickup time will be at the sole discretion of Sucreebypreeta. 

Orders will not be available for pickup after operating hours and will have to be collected the next business day. Sucreebypreeta will not be held responsible for the freshness of the order, in this case. 

Sucreebypreeta has the right to dispose the product after 48 hours from the stated pickup/delivery time, due to the perishable nature of the product(s). No refund requests will be accommodated in this case as well.

All delivery requests will be done by third-party delivery companies. The delivery time is subject to availability of runners at the given time, and only during Sucreebypreeta’s operating hours. In the event, the customer needs the order at a specific time, it is advised for the customer to make arrangements for the order to be picked up on their own accord, as Sucreebypreeta is not responsible for any delays in deliveries. 

Please ensure that someone is present during the time of delivery to receive the order. Failing which, the delivery person will return the order back to Sucreebypreeta, with a return delivery fee, which will be passed on to the customer. 

After the order has been brought back, the customer has to pick up the order from Gaya Bangsar Condominium during our operating hours. Sucreebypreeta does not promise nor take any responsibility for the freshness of the order after that. 

Delivery will be made by the driver only to the address of the building/property stated. Company/Apartment unit stated on the address is only for driver’s reference or if required by the security guard, as delivery does not include delivery to a specific unit of high-rise or multi-storied building/property. 

Any damages/loss/stolen orders by the third-party delivery company are not Sucreebypreeta's responsibility. Sucreebypreeta will lodge a complaint to the relevant third-party delivery company (if delivery is arranged by Sucreebypreeta) and it will solely be at the discretion of that relevant party to take action. Sucreebypreeta will not be responsible to refund the value of the product nor the delivery charges. 

Sucreebypreeta has the right to amend this policy from time to time without prior notice.
